As your big day approaches, know that I’m more than just your florist. I become a confidant and floral-bestie who is cheering on your marriage and will move mountains to ensure the start of this new chapter is everything you hope and dream it to be.
When you hire me as your florist, we will connect to lay out your vision for custom flowers. I will send you a questionnaire to dig deeper into your wedding dreams by getting to know your personality, big-day vision, and the little details that mean the world to you.

After receiving your information, I will send over an interactive welcome packet giving you insights into my business, a guide to the wedding florals I offer, pricing details, and more.
In the welcome packet, you will start by choosing the floral type that suits your needs and budget the best. The flower and greenery types I offer are: Silk, Silk/Real Touch Mix, and Real Touch.

After choosing a floral type, you will be able to build your quote by selecting items from the full list of wedding florals that I offer. Don’t see something listed or have a question? I encourage you to reach out!
Here you are able to select the items and quantities you’re looking for to receive a free quote on the spot. This information will be sent to me so I know exactly what you’re looking for when we chat. WIN-WIN!
Once you’ve received your quote and are like "I want you!"; we will schedule a consultation video chat to make sure we are on the same page and I am the best option for your wedding day!
If after our chat we both feel this is a great fit, I will use your quote, ideas, and big vision we discussed to curate a customized plan for you and your significant other.
You will receive an invoice and contract through HoneyBook, so you can securely pay a 50% deposit, see all of the terms clearly outlined, and sign the contract to make it official!
Now that your contract is signed and the deposit is made, it’s time to celebrate! 🎉 You have officially passed off the reins to me and it is time to work my magic and make your vision come to life!
About 4-6 weeks before your wedding date, I will send you your first photo mock-up. I typically start design proofs with a bridesmaids bouquet move on from there. We will be in constant communication on any desired changes you would like to see made as I go - I encourage you to be thorough! Ahead of final approvals, you will see photos of every piece so you know exactly what to expect upon delivery.
Once all pieces have been created and approved, it is time to get your flowers! We will coordinate a pick-up time (for my local gals) or I will ship your flowers to arrive within a week of your wedding day.
Once your flowers have arrived, I love getting a text letting me know everything showed up and how much you love them! Now CELEBRATE, it's almost wedding day and you've got flowers checked off of your TO-DO list!
